岗位职责

1. 协助财务总监建立并完善企业财务管理体系，对财务部门的日常管理、财务预算、资金运作等各项工作进行总体控制，提升企业财务管理水平;

2. 根据企业中、长期经营计划，组织编制企业年度财务工作计划与控制标准;

3. 根据企业相关制度，编制财务预算并汇总，并监督检查各部门预算的执行情况;

4. 组织会计人员进行会计核算和账务处理工作，编制、汇总财务报告并及时上报;

5. 负责监控、预测现金流量，监测企业各项财务比率，确定合理的资产负债结构，建立有效的风险控制机制;

6. 负责组织企业成本管理工作，进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核工作;

7. 及时汇报企业经营状况、财务收支及各项财务计划的具体执行情况，为企业决策层提供财务分析与预测报告，并提出支持性的建议;

8. 根据企业经营方针和财务工作需要，合理设置财务部组织结构，优化工作流程，开发和培养员工能力，对员工绩效进行管理，提升部门工作效率和员工满意度;

9. 带领团队完成相关的行政和人事相关工作；

10. 及时向上级汇报及处理上级交办的其他工作任务.

    
    

    
    

    
    

岗位要求：

1. 按时准确完成和上报各种报表;

2. 及时向领导反应所负责的BRANCH的财务状况和人员动态;

3. 管理团队，根据工作进度和上级要求，组织分配部门人员相互配合，保质保量完成各项工作，确保顺利完成国内外审计;

4. 做好内部控制工作，协调完成行政和人事相关工作;

5. 严格遵守财务纪律和职业操守，保守财务机密，不出现违法乱纪事项.

   
   

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，英语四级（或等同水平级别）以上，财务类相关专业；有中级职称和深圳户口优先;

2、五年以上财务工作经验，三年以上国际物流行业财务/行政/人事工作经验，有总帐工作经验及财务管理岗位经验优先;

3、精通财务管理、熟悉会计事务的一整套流程，能熟练运用EXCEL、WORD等办公软件以及货运管理系统;

4、有一定团队领导能力，为人诚实、可靠，责任心强，有良好的团队配合精神及抗压能力，执行力强;

5、熟练使用金蝶软件或用友软件.

History
Mainfreight began its operations in Auckland, New Zealand, in 1979, soon growing into New Zealand’s most extensive freight network. A shift in focus, in 1984, saw the opening of the first Mainfreight International branch.
Investment in Australian operations began in 1989 driven by a desire to treat New Zealand and Australia as a single market. Mainfreight’s presence in Australia continued to expand through both acquisition and branch proliferation across strategic locations.
Mainfreight became global in 1999 with the acquisition of businesses in both Asia and the United States. Full ownership of our Asian operations was completed in 2007 and today Mainfreight has several branches operating out of China. Expansion further continued in America with the purchase of Target Logistics Services in 2007. Mainfreight USA offers extensive services across the supply chain.
In 2011 Mainfreight acquired the business of Wim Bosman Group providing further opportunities to expand Mainfreight's international global network with branches throughout Europe.
