主要职责：负责工厂机械生产及辅助设备的日常维护，保养和预防性维修工作，确保生产设备的正常运行；对设备提出合理化改善建议及方案；参与公司开展的改善工作环境，提高生产效率和完善产品质量的各项目小组。

任职要求：

1. 机械工程、电气、机电一体化等相关专业大专以上学历。
2. 3年以上的电气/机械设备现场安装与维修工作经验（冲压设备及空压机维修经验优先），动手作业能力强，具备钳工操作技能。
3. 熟悉液压 / 气动设备的工作原理及维修；熟悉设备预维护管理体系，具有良好的安全工作理念和意识。
4. 工作责任心强，良好的团队协作精神，有风、电焊和氩弧焊操作证者优先。
