职位描述：
1 Technical Tasks:
-Prepare monthly COO report -> Purchasing volume and forecast from WebQuery and Xpert
-Prepare and consolidate and monitor quarterly individual KPI report and quarterly balance scorecard
-Prepare quarterly supplier performance from QS1 and correct manually.
-Maintain SAP supplier portal
-Double check or input master data for MOQ. lot size, LT, price and contract.
-Maintain master data , create contracts and PO in Xpert
-Monthly update forecast price in Xpert
-Following sample delivery and update delivery report
-Maintain purchase part list
-Lead “Xpert transfer to SAP” project locally
-Key user of all the systems include Xpert, SAP, QS1 and sharepoint.
-Coding and maintain the softcopy of all the POs and contracts and Nomination letter into sharedrive.
-Scanning and maintain the softcopy of all the cost comparisons and handover list.
-Maintain “released supplier list” and record all the documents include NDA, LG guidelines, Quality guidelines, package guidelines, assessment report (Pur. and Quality)
-Work with HQ or other department to get a proper report
-Lead and consolidate forecast price or other data correction in Xpert
-Support HQ from all the new system implementation.
-Write down all the newly defined processes.
-Optimize all the templates to be more logical.
-Prepare and attend TS16949 audit
-Maintain and update O-chart and company presentation.
-Support department manager on other reports or tasks
-Manage the sharepoint and share drive of purchasing department
-Review or create all the templates for department usage.
-Train new comers for all the systems and processes.
-Be innovative to optimize existing tools or processes
 
2 Functional Qualifications:
-Min. 2 years working experience in automotive or BPO industry.
-Have the knowledge of purchasing process. Special know-how of TS16949 is a plus.
-Very fluent English.
-Good at communication.
-Be interested with ERP system and other IT tools.
-Logic
-Graduated from 211 or 985 university .
