Position Responsibilities：
- Mechanical spare parts incoming control (dimensional, material, hardness, finishing, etc..)

- Ensure the quality of all mechanical parts by establishing efficient communication with suppliers and Purchasing Dept. and Engineering Dept.

- Keep under control the price of mechanical parts by giving feedbacks to Purchasing Dept.
- spare part cost control . analysis the cost of each spare part and follow the result.

- Follow up of improvement projects by working in strict collaboration with Engineering and Improvement team.

- Communication with HQ Automation Dept.

- Communication with other plants regarding technical issues;

- Other assignment ordered by maintenance manager.

Position Requests:

- Bachelor degree or above; Major in Mechanical Design

- 30 to 40. Male or Female

- At least 5 years working experience in technical field, dealing with machined parts, spare parts design, and -machine improvement projects. Experience in automation is a plus.

- Deep understanding of mechanical design;

- Deep understanding of machining process and related price points;

- Ability to communicate effectively across departments ;

- Ability to work in autonomy for projects Written English (spoken is a plus)

- Knowledge of 2D and 3D technical design software (CAD, Solidworks);

- Good command of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel

- Precise, accurate, careful to details, ability to focus

- Dynamic and with sense of priority

- Strong sense of responsibility and communication ability, good team cooperation spirit

- Hardworking and willing to work under high pressure
