职位描述：
Responsibilities:

？ 管理维修部的日常工作确保机加工设备及公共设施的正常运行。当发生故障时，在最短的时间内提供配件并修复设备。Manage the work of maintenance department to ensure machining equipment and public facilities smoothly running, breakdown service and an assistance of the machines and materials within the shortest time.
？ 管理预防维护及配件。Manage preventive maintenance and spare parts needed.
？ 对购买设备或材料等固定资产的投资发表关于技术性方面的意见。Express a technical opinion compared to the investment regard the purchases of new materials or machine.
1. 参与预算制定;Participate in drafting the book of charges;
2. 负责和协调新设备/材料的安装调试；Ensure and coordinate the installation of new materials or machines;
3. 应对提高产品质量和降低成本的要求改良设备。Propose and set up the improvement of machine to improve product quality and/or reduce costs.
？ 管理下属 Manage staff
1. 借助于工作周报，管理维修人员的工作效率；Control maintenance people productivity by the means of work and weekly sheet;
2. 管理维修人员的提升及职业发展；Manage the career and the promotion of maintenance people;
3. 建立维修人员的培训需求。Define the needs for training his personnel.
？ 维护配电系统、空压机、空调系统、建筑物等确保其维持要求的高质量状态。Ensures maintenance of electric power, air compressors, air conditioner, buildings on high quality level.
？ 跟踪水、电、油或气的费用Follow-up the invoice of water, electricity, diesel oil/gas.
？ 参与分析供应商的报价。Participate the analysis of quotations from the subcontractors (maintenance of the buildings and site).

Requirements:

？ 良好的生产设备和公共设施保养、维修方面的工作经验，特别是机加工设备、锻压机、空压机、空调、叉车、消防系统等。Sound knowledge and experience in production equipment and public facilities repair & maintenance, especially the experience in machining equipment, air compressor, air conditioner, forklift, fire system and so on.
？ 对PLC、自动化控制系统、机械装置、液压和气动回路有良好的认识与了解。Sound knowledge in PLC, automation control system, mechanical mechanism, hydraulic circuit and pneumatic equipment.

？ 对设备与维修工作的管理具备良好的知识及经验，能建立很好的全员生产维护备件管理方面。Good knowledge and experience in equipment and maintenance management, set up well total productive maintenance program as well as spare parts stock to minimize machine stop time and maintenance cost.
？ 能应发展新产品、改善产品质量、提高生产率、改善安全等需要发展、购买新设备及改良、改装现有的设备。Develop, purchase as well as improve, modify equipment to meet with the requirements of developing new product, improve product quality, increasing productivity and ensuring safety.
？ 对安全、健康和环保具有很好的知识与技能，并且熟知国家和地方的相关法律、规范。Good knowledge and experience in safety, health and environment and familiar with national & regional laws and regulations.
？ 良好的英语说、读、写能力及电脑技能。Good spoken, read and written English and PC skills.
？ 对5S，精益和6-sigma有较好了解者将获优先考虑。The knowledge in 5S, lean and six sigma will be preferred. 举报 分享
