Position Responsibilities:

He/She is the main reference for “Shift Supervisor” of Dalian plant in plastic department , for technical issues to the following activities:

Ensure the achievement of production targets in terms of:

-Quality

-Productivity/Efficiency

-Safety and Environment

Coordinates and oversees of production lines with productive efficiency approach, that is:

-Mould changeover and start production.

-Trouble shooting and report risk to shift supervisor.

-Production sheet recording (parameter and equipment check sheet etc.)

-In process quality control.

-In process mould TPM.

-Receive and transmit information between shifts.

-5S and safety keep in production.

-Other duties as required.

Collaboration to the Action Plan’s activities, that is:

According to Improvement Plan planned, follows instructions and make sure that the production starts without defects or waste, ensures that the improvement is effective.

Position Requests:

-High middle school or second technical school

-Above 3years work experience in injection molding workshop as similar position.

-Good problem solving and communicating skills

-Overall knowledge in injection process, tooling and equipment.

-Organized work style

-Quality System and Methods Experience (MPI, SPC, Non-Conformity, Defect Charts, Corrective Actions and Applications) are appreciatedFamiliar with office

-Problem solving, Undertake and Perform Precision, order, discipline

-Environment & Safety approach
