职位描述：
To assist to liaise and provide follow-up service to existing and potential customers in order to achieve management objectives.

Key Duties:
1.Assist Sales Manager–Import to follow up with regular clients and build rapport
2.Assist Sales Manager–Import in sales leads handling and correspondence with overseas agents/counterparts
3.Updating and filing import rate tariff, special offer
4.Keep track of the import lifting performance and record keeping
5.Provide market information and submit weekly market report
6.Answer telephone queries and provide customer services
7.Assist customer in problem relating to inbound container delivery
8.Ensure customer requirements are clearly transferred to Transshipment, Operations, and Documentation Departments for further action
9.Complete tasks within deadline
10.Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies
11.Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor, manager and management

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.3 years or above working experiences on sales or marketing in shipping industry Inbound service.
3.Good command in English, CET6 or above.
4.Skillful at MS Office, especially in Excel & PPT.
5.Well understand local shipping operation and practice.
6.Have positive working attitude, high sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
7.Good communication skill & presentation skills, high team work spirit.
