职位描述：
Job Title： GL Manager
Location：Shen Zhen （深圳）
Duties and responsibility

1. Support the day to day operation for the oversea legal entities, including JE booking , tax accounting , treasury accounting , inter-co accounting
2. Responsible for closing, balance sheet reconciliations, asset management, reporting and providing business review information.
3. Effectively engage with key business partners including AP, AR, US GL team , Ops Finance, Tax, Treasury, internal and external auditors and other business partners across all sites to ensure smooth accounting support for business activities;
4. Prepare cash flow forecast to support treasury on funding activities
5. Prepare regular extensive business analysis including working capital, cash flow
6. Statutory reports preparation, plus Group reporting package as timeline, and ensure high quality submission
7. Following up on the progress of the improvement actions and update to managers
8. Drive technical accounting in a manner that aligns with the needs of US GAAP and local country GAAP
9. SOX & internal control and ad-hoc task

Qualification and Requirments

10. Analytical-minded, fast learner and able to work independently under pressure
11. Minimum MNC 8 years’ GL , Reporting & financial management experience
12. Preferably with the financial analysis experience
13. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
14. Strong Interpersonal skill and presentation skill
15. Good communication skill and service oriented, fluency in English communication with oversea colleagues.
