Position: Finance Director
Location: Dalian China

Position Summary:
This role will lead the Global Intercompany Center of Excellence, be responsible for managing the operations and projects of intercompany at global level, providing strategic guidance to build up Global Finance Service Intercompany operations which consists of 100 plus colleagues with a view to expand with new enterprise wide initiatives. Lead the Global Finance Service Intercompany Center of Excellence consistent with Company core values. This includes working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality intercompany operations, drive process improvements continually as well as provide support to the financial reporting initiatives. Strong finance and business knowledge, strong communication skill, excellent organizational and supervisory skills with proven track record of team leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities:
？ Work closely with different stakeholders and project resources to ensure remaining intercompany processes migrates to GFS Dalian site on time and within budget, ensure transition quality, manage GFS intercompany footprint aligned with global strategy.
？ Lead GFS Intercompany Center of Excellence professional team currently consisting of 100 plus colleagues providing quality services to global markets. This includes but not limited to closing activities, intercompany reconciliations and resolutions, quarterly elimination entries, statutory audit requirements, netting process, closely track on and monitor the intercompany aging , out of balance status and work on resolution
？ In conjunction with GFS leadership drive and support financial reporting and intercompany end to end value realization initiatives for Intercompany Center of Excellence. Inculcate and instill the team with a Continuous Improvement mindset. Deliver on operations productivity and efficiency
？ Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders related to ongoing operations, future ERP or any other automation solution deployments, acquisitions or divestitures and or any enterprise wide initiatives.
？ Enhance Business Unit partner relationships to meet the objectives of GFS and other Pfizer business units. By leading governance model, building the communication framework, drive on effective communication channel
？ In conjunction with the GFS Leadership Team, design, develop and implement strategic imperatives that provide continuous improvement to people and team development, process efficiency, process quality and Business Unit satisfaction.
？ Establish and maintain professional standards for selection, training, motivation, development, and evaluation of colleagues in accordance with personnel policies of Pfizer in order to ensure optimal levels of performance.
？ Collaborate and support other GFS locations in order to effectively manage intercompany activities
？ Ensure compliance with Pfizer accounting and SOX requirements as well as liaison with internal and external audit. Ensure the operation is fully in line with the objectives settings for building up the shared service within the Best In Class

Requirements:
Bachelor or above degree in accounting/ finance is required.
With 10 plus years of leading on large scale financial accounting operations, managing on multi stakeholders communications, with the strong experience on leading changing, driving on operation continually improvement, with proved leadership skill from other MNC SSC or BPO experience.
CPA or other finance/accounting certification is preferred.
