职位描述：
Requirements to be hired on as a Megasys(TGCM) Technician include the ability and willingness to learn, the evidence of previous work in a successful team environment, electro-mechanical aptitude, an amiable personality, and the candidate must be an obvious self-motivated individual.
 
The candidate will learn and understand basic cylinder/container handling, valve and analytical technology, and general Gas & Chemical knowledge skills during the first several months of training. The candidate will typically have either previous experience with compressed Gas & Chemicals or will train at a similar facility. The Technician will be expected to perform all shifts operations at the end of the training period including container change, daily routines, preventative maintenance, daily reporting and customer interface. Etc..The extent and amount of training varies at different Megasys(TGCM) sites.
 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  
1. Maintain and operate Gas & Chemical delivery equipment; such as: OFA/HPOFA; BA filling station; Gas cabinets, HFS, Valve Manifold Boxes, CDM, Tanks, Schumacher/Genstream system, purifiers, analyzers and scrubbers. Understand how the equipment works, identify individual components included in each assembly, and perform periodic maintenance.
            操作并维护气体和化学品输送设备；例如：无油空气/高压无油空气系统；呼吸器充装站；气柜；高流量气体设备，阀组箱，化学品输送单元；Schumacher/Genstream 系统；气体纯化器；分析仪和排放装置。理解这些设备的工作原理，熟悉每个设备上的部件，并能执行定期维护
2. Perform daily rounds including verifying purifier, set points, recording readings, calibrating analytical equipment, completing safety surveys, monitoring inventory Gas & Chemical levels, verifying toxic Gas & Chemical monitoring operations, and cylinder handling as required.
            执行每日巡检工作包括检查纯化器，设备的设置点，记录设备的读值，检验分析仪，完成安全巡视，监控气体和化学品的库存，检验有毒气体和化学品的系统监控的运行，钢瓶操作所需要的检查。
3. Perform all container changes for Gas delivery system and chemical delivery system and related activities.
            执行所有的气体和化学品容器的更换工作
4. Monitor container inventories.
           监控气体化学品的库存
5. Monitor and understand correct delivery procedure for each product on site.
        了解现场气体和化学品送货的流程
6. Demonstrate knowledge of all proper reporting procedures per on-site operations manual including cylinder/container changing, product acceptance, inventory and material usage, bulk Gas analysis, analyzer calibration, monitoring, safety parameters, and personnel requirements.

7. Demonstrate ability to obtain proper assistance when confronted with problem situations.

8. Demonstrate ability to follow directions from leader.

9. Demonstrate ability to follow procedures, enforce and strictly adhere to APCI safety procedures (PPE matrix) and all standard operating policies and Procedures.

10. Carry Duty Cell phone for after hour coverage and emergency call when designated
             能够提供非当班期间紧急电话支持
11. Work compressed work week schedule 12 hour shifts on assigned team (Front end days or back end days, day time or night shifts)
           能够按照排班计划执行12小时的轮班工作（白班或夜班）
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
1. Job Incumbent is expected to have 2-3 years College degree and/or above in engineering, mechanical, electrical, chemical, electronics, PLC expertise is required.
            需要2-3年的大专以上有关工程，机械，电子，化学，PLC控制的相关专业的学历
2. Job Incumbent is expected to have minimum 1 year work experience in a similar work environment.
           需要有1年以上类似的工作经验
3. Has the ability and willingness to learn, the evidence of previous work in a successful team environment, and has an amiable personality.
           积极进取，良好的学习能力并适应团队工作
4. Must be an obvious self-motivated individual and possess a professional self image
           自我激励并具有专业的形象
5. Good English/Korean language Skill is preferred
           会良好的英语或韩语者优先
6. Prefer have related DG handling license/Fire Bureau license/Folk Lifter license
           有危害化品操作证、消防证或叉车证者优先
7. Excellent communications skills and attention to detail is required.
