职位描述：

Primary Duties:

• Monitor interface queues between Gates and ERP’s (globally)
• Diagnose blocked records to determine reason and resolution
• Communicate and collaborate with respective ERP contacts to resolve issues
• Monitor issue resolution, and ensure timely responses
• Second level support for GATES - responsible for ERs delivered but failed in ERP, closely collaborating with CoE Support Analyst, GATES Specialist and other supporting teams (e.g. VMF).
• Ongoing regular monitoring, analysis of failed ERs within ERP (using direct access or failed ER extract provided by ERP CoE).
• Categorize, create, dispatch, track (follow-up) and escalate incident tickets across to all supporting teams (e.g. VMF) and other responsible teams (BU ERPs);
• Accountable to ensure successful closure of tickets.
