职位描述：
岗位职责
　　1、 负责企业投融资规划，实施投融资管理、评估、分析与监控；
　　2、 负责进行行业研究，并对项目初选并编制前期可行性建议书；
　　3、 全面规划融资项目、积极引入外部资金，设计合作模式，对集团发展进行投融资支持；
　　4、 负责完成投融资工作的资料准备和手续办理；
　　5、 负责拟制投融资的实施计划，负责具体的实施工作；
　　6、 负责企业融资项目渠道和方式的总体策划、实施；
　　7、 负责对已完成的投融资工作进行后续管理，并提供效益指标数据分析；
　　8、 负责建立相关的管理台账，定期出具投融资效益分析报告。
　　任职资格
　　1、 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、会计学等相关专业，3年以上工作经验；
　　2、 具有财务、金融及企业管理知识，熟练掌握投融资流程和专项业务知识；
　　3、 了解公司上市、企业并购、资产重组、资本运作等相关业务；
　　4、 熟悉国内、国际资本市场运作，掌握投资银行业务及相关法律知识；
　　5、 具有较丰富的资本运作经验与较强的财务风险控制能力；
　　6、 具有丰富的融资渠道和业内广泛的人脉关系；
　　7、 熟练使用计算机及相关办公软件，能承受很强的工作压力。 举报 分享
