职位描述：
Position: Purchasing Engineer
 
Main responsibilities:
- New Materials quotations knowing company’s material specs, its manufacturing technologies & china vendor’s market - knowledge.
- Manage SAP database (vendor master data, sourcing lists & info records). Reporting preparation: monthly/quarterly/yearly QTY’s consumptions, price variance analysis, internal/external benchmarking, Arteche indicators analysis (Price Reduction Plan, On time Deliveries).
- Coordinate, prepare and send payment application & contract, when fix assets machine investment is requested.
- Comply and follow up Strategic Purchase Department’s regulations and policy as well as company’s global policy agreements, work philosophy & “way of doing business”
- Coordinate materials necessary to re-work.
- Discuss & manage with vendors why they cannot comply with our requirement (e.g. certification attached to every lot of Raw Materials).
- Prepare and submit to FI department advance payment/ urgent payment.
- Coordinate to resolve the big/ urgent quality problem.
- Send/ discuss with suppliers on our new requirement from Production, Quality, SPD, TO.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Engineer bachelor (Electrical is preferred)
- 3 years’ experience actively sourcing in China.
- Proficient in incoterms knowledge.
- Long term profile and stability, open minded to learn and develop his/her career.
- English proficient is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- SAP R/3 knowledge is a plus 举报 分享
