Overall Responsibility

1. Continue improve to reduce scrap.
持续改进降低废品

2. Lean manufacturing.
精益制造

3. Solve technical problem happen in process.
解决生产中出现的技术问题

4. Optimize and improve the process.
优化及持续过程改进

5. Provides periodic data to supervisors.
提供定期的数据监事

6. Oversees project activities, such as process simulation and improvement.
监督项目的活动，如过程模拟与改进

7. Establishes goals, plans and work schedules.
    建立目标，计划和工作时间表
Qualification Requirement
资格要求

1. Education Background:教育背景：
bachelor or above,本科或以上学历

2. Working Experience:工作经验：
Minimum 5 years’ experience on manufacturing process experience,5年以上经验的工艺工程师经验

3.Familiar with CADor 3D software of designing for tools and Jigs
 熟悉CAD或者3D制图软件

4.Knowledge about mechanical and eletrical, with NC,PLC programme
熟悉机械制图，会使用NC, PLC编程软件

5.Good English Written and spoken skill
