Job description:
* New create/update HPE partner information in Siebel/MDM
* Update partner's membership and program and open access for partner to login HPE Partner Portal
* Responsible for query from client and finish it within TAT
* Deliver necessary report needed by process and consolidation
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and more than 1 years working experience in BPO industry
* Proficient oral and written English skill is required with CET 6
* Proficient OFFICE operation, esp. for Excel and PowerPoint
* Careful consideration, calm, responsible and steady
* Ability in logic thinking, self-learning, analysis & issue fixing independently
* Team work under pressure with innovation; willing to follow team arrangement
* Strong business sense with well customer service attitude
