Sphinx Entertainment is a game studio is looking for highly qualified game designer/producer to work with us in Dalian related to all aspects of games and feature’s creation and production, including design, prototyping, UI design, balancing, documentation and project management of a Mobile Game project。

? Passionate about the future of mobile games (IOS/Android).
? Have produced at least one casual or multiplayer game which has been published (on any platform) and be able to explain the source of the design and core gameplay.
? More than 2 years of experience in mobile game production, preferably casual/multiplayer mobile games.
? Have proven skills to execute a game idea from concept to a final product.
? Have a deep understanding of game design philosophy and sense of quality.
? Understand the core value of the online games and community features.
? Deeply understand what the essential demands of a mobile game are and also, more importantly, understand how to design a suitable business model.
? A good team player, listener and communicator.
? Wish to try new things, and have passion for playing and designing games.
