工作职责：

1. Preparing MRP plan and production plan according to purchase order and forecast from customers;

根据客户订单及预测，准备物料计划MRP和生产计划；

2. Issuing weekly updated material delivery schedule to all suppliers; Cooperation with Purchasing department to make sure all material arrival on time;

给供应商发出每周更新的发货计划,并与采购部配合确保所有物料及时到达；

3. Continuous monitoring of the progress of deliveries from suppliers, if delay in delivery, get the empowerment in order to organize special transports as needed;

持续跟踪供应商的发货过程，如果发货延迟，得到授权后可以组织特殊的运输；

4. Daily examination of the list of shortage alarms to prevent production stop due to material shortage;

每天检查短缺的物料以预防生产由于缺料而造成停产；

5. Responding to inquiries from manufacturing and / or other departments in the expected time of any missing components;

及时反馈给生产部门及其它部门关于缺失物料的查询；

6. Issuing regular reports assessing suppliers;

定期发出供应商的评估报告；

7. Handling Imported and Exported activities including custom, Forwarding agent, documents etc.;

处理进出口货物的相关事宜包括海关，代理，单据等；

8. Perform any other duties assigned by Superior.

完成领导安排的其它工作。

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree

本科及以上学历

2.Can communicate in English

英语能交流

3.At least 1-2 years planning working experience

至少1-2年的计划工作经验
