Responsibilities:
?Review and approve new loan application and credit extension request.
?Encodes, inputs, verifies customer’s data and document proof.
?Make phone verification for loan applications/
?Monitors workflow and streamlines procedures. Recommends workable ideas for improvements in workflow, productivity and service level of underwriting.
?Other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
University graduate with 2-3 years’ experience in consumer loan application processing and approval e.g. Mortgage, Auto loan, and Credit Card.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Customer oriented and good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Good PC skills and typing skills.
