Key Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming customer orders and book SO in SAP.
Checking with production planners or other related departments for confirming delivery time.
Handle order confirmation to customer in line with logistics agreement / regulation.
Follow up updated order/forecast from external/internal customers and check internally for availability of on time delivery.
Monitor the customer order is being executed smoothly, and feedback customers the information if there is any changing.
Tracing planned delivery schedule and arrange shipment (may in cooperate with local transportation forwarding agency or Import/Export specialist) to customer warehouse or consignment warehouse.
Collect 1 month firm SO from customers and 6 months updated rolling forecast from KAMs, and book information into sales outlook and SAP as well.
Update consignment warehouse stock outlook on monthly basis, and monitoring on daily basis.
Monthly Customer Delivery Performance creation and analysis.
Monthly local transportation costs report.
Responsible for consignment stock taking.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related major.
Min 3 years working experience in order processing and customer contact .
ERP/SAP system experience.
Familiar with import/export processes.
Good English skills.
