BRIEF JOB PROFILE DESCRIPTION:
Manage daily activities for GFS Intercompany Center of Excellence professional team currently managing a team of colleagues providing quality intercompany services to global markets. This includes but not limited to month close responsibilities, intercompany reconciliations and resolutions, quarterly elimination entries, statutory audit requirements, monitoring of service level agreements, monitoring of intercompany aging and resolution and monthly netting process.
MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The INCO Team Lead will perform all or some of the following job description:
Support the migration of work from other regions to Dalian INCO COE successfully and smoothly
Operationally, the INCO team undertakes ICO reporting to Pfizer’s Head Office on a monthly basis. Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual corporate accounting tasks and reporting is done on timely and accurately
Ensure monthly INCO cutoff on time in according with global timeline.
Support internal/external audit and ensure smooth audit with no major issues.
Prepare and provide INCO analysis of the monthly operational performance and lead discussion for GFS management and customer review
Ensure operational ICO SLAs are met
Ensure clear and updated communications with all departments regarding ICO policies and procedures
Resolve customers escalations and ensure controls are put in place avoid duplicate issue from occurring
Review monthly/ Quarterly ICO out of balance reconciliations and ensure out of balance recon align with Global policies and requirements. Ensure proactive resolution and escalation is in place for INCO OOB items
Ensure Documentation ( including SOPs, Working Instructions, Process flows ) are maintained and updated in a timely manner
Participate and drive ICO projects impacting global IC operation
Represent ICO operations in internal/external audit reviews
Ensure controls and compliance checks are in place and reviewed on a regular basis
Lead a team to ensure workload is adequately covered, provide thought leadership and build a highly engaged team by managing team performance and reviews.
Ensure team members have the appropriate skills, supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver a differentiated customer service
Support global related initiates (such as COE etc) and any other enterprise wide initiatives as necessary
Continuously improve existing process efficiency and compliance for best benefit of Pfizer, inculcating a Continuous Improvement mindset

International working experience a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related field
Minimum of 6 years of related accounting experience of which at least 2 years of supervisory and team leadership experience
Good English communication skills both written and oral
Good people management skills, can build & shape talent team
Ability to work shift hours
