工作职责
Job Duties
1、 负责主持本部的全面工作，组织并督促部门人员全面完成本部职责范围内的各项工作任务。强化部门内部管理，科学地平衡设计能力，合理安排工作。
Be responsible for taking charge of engineering department's overall work, organize and supervise engineering staff to complete work and missions within the department’s authority. Strengthen internal management, balance scientific design capability, and arrange reasonable work.
2、 负责组织产品设计、图纸转化、工艺流程、HSE等管理制度的拟订、修改、检查、监督、控制及实施执行。
Be responsible for organizing the product design, drawing transformation, routing process, and HSE management systems modify, inspection, supervision, as well as the related control and enforcement.
3、负责组织编制部门工作计划，及时组织实施、检查、协调业务工作。
Be responsible for compiling department work plan, organize and implement the inspection and coordinate the business work timely.
4、 定期参加合同评审会议及OTD会议，并安排下属为相关部门提供技术支持。
Attend contract review meeting and OTD meeting regularly, and arrange subordinates to provide technical support for the related departments.
5、 教导及帮助下属提升专业技术知识及能力，并提供相关培训
Coach and help subordinates to improve professional knowledge and ability, and also provide the related training for them.
6、 完成临时交办的其它工作。
Complete other work assigned by the temporary.
职责要求
Job requirement
1 教育背景
Educational Background:
机械设计及自动化或相关专业，本科以上学历
Major in Mechanical design and automation or related, Bachelor or above

2 所需知识和技能
The required knowledge and skills

丰富的密封及泵设计知识,能够主持部门设计工作
Rich knowledge of seal and pump design, can manage design work of the department.
具备管理观念，有极强的进度控制能力
Management idea, as well as the strong ability to control process.
有较强组织协调、决断、创新能力
Strong ability of organization, coordination, decision-making, and innovation.
具有较强的市场观念、效益观念、成本观念、质量观念
Strong sense of marketing concept, efficiency view, cost idea, and quality concept.
较强的沟通、协调能力
Strong communication & coordination ability.
熟练运用计算机及设计相关软件
Good command of computer and related software design.
英语流利（听说读写）
Fluent in English (Include listening, speaking, reading and writing)

3 工作经验
Working Experience:

五年以上外资加工型企业设计经验，三年以上部门经理工作经验
More than five years’ experience in designing of foreign processing enterprises, and above three years working experience as department manager.
