Key Responsibilities:
？ Understand business requirements for customer base and be able to translate them into technical requirements.
？ Understand and articulate Cisco's Architectures and Services related to Cisco Wireless networks, Wireless LAN Controllers, WCS, Cisco Access Points and Routing & Switching technologies and architectures
？ Facilitate effective communications and understanding of customer requirements between customers, corporate and the field.
？ Create, present and document technical solutions.
？ Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.
？ Drive identified major account opportunities (i.e. technical consulting, upper level management presentations, Cisco technology solutions, product requirements, and designvalidation) while allowing local account team to maintain long-term ownership.
？ Exhibit leadership and be viewed as a leader by senior management, peers, partners, company and customers.
？ Gather product requirements from field and customer and submit findings to relevant BUs and Boards & Councils to drive Area or Operation business requirements.


Qualifications:
？ Wireless CCIE certification is highly preferred.
？ Must have a minimum of 3 years or relevant experience including extensive knowledge and experience with 802.11 Wireless LAN technologies in both indoor and outdoor solutions in addition to a strong Cisco routing and switching background.
？ Pre and post sales consulting experience.
？ Strong knowledge of 802.11 technologies, 3G/4G alternatives and how they relate to 802.11.
？ Mobile network management – WCS, NCS, Cisco Prime.
？ Mobile services such as guest access, location services, RFID, etc.
？ Mobile device management, third party partner capabilities.
？ Industry knowledge, competitive capabilities and offerings. (Aruba, Motorola, Ruckus, Juniper)
？ Security as it applies to mobility and BYOD.
？ Deep understanding of the Identity Services Engine.
？ Deep understanding of Policy management, Access control, Authentication mechanisms, user and device identity and containerization.
？ Mobile device provisioning onto the corporate network.
？ VPN portal architectures and the AnyConnect Client.
？ TrustSec and SecureX as value add/competitive differentiation.
？ Data at rest Security – remote wipe, data loss prevention.
？ Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills are required.
