Key Responsibilities:

Quality Process management:
Responsible for 1-2 lines process management;
Cooperate with project manager as the project team member of responsible line to finish project quality task;
Carry out of process audit, product audit and the qualification audits with definition of actions + follow up of status of implementation;
Carry out collection and analysis of all process related KPI(FTF and rework rate etc.) with definition & follow up of actions; Claim table management;
Responsibility of handling of all nonconformities and suspect on the lines;
Establishment of Pre-launch /series production control plan;
PFMEA review during the project period and regularly review during the series production;
Internal support during quality issues on the line caused by supplier describing the failures (start of 8D) and send out the claim to relevant SQD;
Training of line operators focusing on improving quality awareness, special characteristics, customer requirements and standards such as ISO TS 16949;
Follow up that all product safety (SC/CC) requirements are respected on line and escalate to quality manager in case of non-fulfillment;
Edit the line quality monthly report of responsibility and distribute to relevant department and person.

Customer Care:
Internal coordination of problem solving process (PSP) for customer zero mileage complaints /claims and internal rejects (root cause analysis, countermeasures);
Responsibility of 8D report as customer requirements;
PPAP documents regarding customer requirements as team member of project team;
Preparation of customer audit and follow up of production process findings;
Internal support during creation or risk assessment and follow up of process related topics.

Team management:
Leading and auditing daily activities of engineers;
Cooperate with related department and balance the resources such as the PQE to guarantee the whole plant (include HWCN and KBDL) production process under the control;
Annual appraisal of engineers (Involvement with quality manager concerning performance review & salary review);
Allocate and set the annual target to Process Quality Engineer;
Train and support the Process Quality engineer solve the process quality issue and achieve the target.

Reporting/Controlling:
Reporting of quality and Product Safety KPI'S of own production line and all of the lines of plant include HWCN and KBDL;
Create and monitor the keep tracking list of 8D report and MCR list and Block area List etc.;
Summarize monthly quality status and KPI and create the quality report for the responsible line and both of KBDL and HWCN;

Fulfill additional tasks are defined by Quality & Product Safety Manager.

Bachelor or above degree in Mechanics or related major;

Min. 8 years related working experience in in automotive area;

Experience in people management;

Quality Standards of automotive industry (ISO/TS 16949);

Auditor knowledge (VDA6.5, VDA6.3, ISO/TS16949);

Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, Knowledge of APQP/PPAP/MSA/PFMEA/Control Plan/SPC/CPK;

MS Office;

English language.
