1 Technical Tasks:
·Promote 5S principles
·Initiate First aid measures
·Preparation of data and format for key performance indicators in production
·Reporting and data preparation for daily production meeting
·Preparation and coordination of Balanced score card data for monthly production review and quarterly management review
·Head of Production schedule arrangement
·Production management document management (drafting, preparation, translation, fill out, etc.)
·First aid arrangements of production
·Deal with external public relationship (e.g. government, important customers, important suppliers etc)
·Set up meetings for production management and prepare minutes of meeting
·Production document control (check, modify, arrange approval, tag correction (in sharepoint), save in database, hand out, etc.)
·Company internal documents treatment and tracking for production management
·Follow up and reminder on production activities, Audit activities and CIP in production
·Back office production (printer, drinks, other office material management, Business trip arrangements, mail organization, visitor’s reception, meeting room organization)
·Office daily work coordination and cooperation
·Basic Control of investment budgets and cost center consumption
·Communication with head quarter
·Follow up on shift time plan and weekend/holiday arrangements
·Other temporary assignments of production management

2 Functional Qualifications:
·Advanced IT skills (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook)
·Preferable VBA skills
·Basic accounting knowledge (e g, fixed / variable costs)
·Basic knowledge of Production Processes
·Basic knowledge of the essential Q-standards of the automotive industry (e.g., ISO / TS 16949, APQP / VDA 4.3, PPAP / VDA 2, FMEA)
·Basic Method Knowledge "quality" (e g selected tools for process analysis, process capability / control of processes, special characteristics, problem solving process after 7-STEP/8D, Six Sigma)
·Basic Methods Knowledge "Lean" (e.g. 5S, SMED, value stream mapping, Kanban)

3 Education:
Bachelor of related areas (language, industrial engineering, production management, office management, etc.)

4 Professional Experience:
Experience in foreign enterprise
Experience in manufacturing
Good knowledge in English language

5 Specific Knowledge:
Principle, timeliness, pragmatic, outgoing, responsible, can work under pressure, strict logical thinking ability and comprehensive analytical skills, strong co-ordination and communication ability, Excellent written and oral skills, detailed, teamwork, honest, affinity, strong work independently, problem-solving skills and public relations capacity.

·负责生产办公室的后勤工作（打印、饮用水、办公资料的管理、安排出差行程、邮件管理、访客接待、会议室安排等）
·办公室日常事务的协调
·投资预算和成本中心消耗的基本管理
·和总部的日常沟通协调
·跟踪倒班计划和周末节假日的人员安排
·其他生产管理的临时任务

2 专业要求:
·丰富的IT经验(比如 Excel, Word, Outlook)
·会VBA更佳
·基础会计知识(比如固定/可变成本)
·基本生产工艺知识
·基本的汽车生产领域的质量标准基础知识(比如 ISO/TS 16949,APQP/VDA 4.3,PPAP/VDA 2,FMEA)
·方法知识”质量”(比如 选择工具用于图形化工艺分析，加工能力/进程控制，特殊特性，7步报告后解决问题过程， Six Sigma )
·方法知识”精益”(比如 5S，SMED，价值流，看板管理)

3 教育程度及专业:
大学本科学历
