Responsibilities:

1. Accounting treatment for CIP/Fix asset

2. Prepare CIP Reconciliation monthly, analysis and track the status of assets under construction, to ensure that assets can be timely Capitalized

3. Responsible for the accounting treatment of the fix assets disposal, to ensure that the end-of-life disposal process in line with the Company's internal control requirements

4. Organize yearly inventory of Fix assets, and prepare the inventory planning and asset inventory list, issue the inventory report

5. Follow up the progress of the project, including construction and equipment to ensure the progress of the project a real and effective reflected in the financial account

6. Create/update and revise the Fix asset related process

7. Insurance related business

Requirements:

1. Over 3 years work experience in manufacturing company
2. Familiar with sales accounting module (has sales accounting experience is preferred)
3. Be proficient in finance, accounting regulations & principles
4. Be good at SAP, office software etc.

5. Fluent English or German

6. Good team player, energetic and flexible person keen to work in a challenging environment
