？ Recruiting of specialists in area of management and especially with technical background
？ Optimization of Application process
？ Picking out qualified CVs and caring the company's talent pool
？ Conduction of interviews
？ Contact, preservation and regular actualisation of hiring channels
？ Development and analysis of recruitment requirements on behalf of the company
？ Preparation and wrap up of Jobfairs

Your profile
？ University Bachelor degree or above
？ Studies in the field of business economics, human resources or comparable branches of study
？ Chinese nationality, really good German language knowledge, English language skills are an advantage OR German nationality, fluent English skills and good Chinese
？ International Job experience in HR/Recruiting
？ Experience with Chinese labour market preferable
？ Open character, strong self-confidence and a high sense of responsibility
？ Ambitious, resilient and always searching for new challenges
？ Distinctive ability to work in a team, willingness to learn personal initiative
？ Professional knowledge of MS Office
