Responsibility:
- MEP engineer to establish Quality Assurance department under the construction director of the owner。
- Analyzing the development requirements, design and owner needs, in order to bring the quality to the required standard.
- Monitor and ensure that the engineering plans and specifications follow the requirements and meet the standard on delivery to the client by monitoring the procurement, construction and inspection works.
-Inspections and documents acceptances on construction activities and installations participate in quality assurance audits or activities.
-Reviews and comments on selected quality control inspection plans.
-Prepares quality assurance audit checklists
-Follows up on action taken in response to audit findings to assure adequacy of completed corrective actions

- 在业主工程总监领导下建立质量保证部门。
- 分析发展要求，设计和业主需求，保证质量符合要求标准。
- 通过对采购、施工和验收检查的监督确保工程计划和技术规范符合客户要求和标准
- 对施工行为和现场安装进行检验和文件接收，进行质量保证评审及相关活动
- 审查质量控制检查计划，并提出意见。
- 编制质量保证检查表
- 对质量检查中发现的问题的整改情况进行跟踪，确保整改及时充分。

Minimum Requirements:
-10+ years experience as MEP engineer in large construction company or developer
-Familiar with international engineering and project execution procedures
-Experience with field quality control quality assurance processes and deep understanding of those.
-Knowledge of the quality assurance principles and their application to engineering, environmental, procurement, construction testing.
-Good knowledge of international and Chinese standards and codes
-Proficient in applicable software of word, excel, etc.
-Good English
-Effective communication and coordination skills
-Self-motivated and ability to work independently
-Excellent team-work spirit

-10年以上大型施工企业或房地产开发企业机电工程师经验
-熟悉国际工程项目执行程序
-对施工现场质量控制/质量保证有丰富经验和深入理解
-掌握质量保证原则相关知识，并能将其应用于工程、环境、采购和施工检测。
-熟悉国际和国内法规标准
-熟练使用办公软件如word, excel等
-英语流利
-善于沟通协作
-积极向上，有独立作业能力
-优秀的团队协作精神
