KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：

- Drive continuous improvements in the manufacturing operation

- Focus on the Assembly/Inspection/Packaging operations.

- Continuous improvement of layouts, flows and automation of assembly processes in MSB factory

- Design of toolings

- Test and validation of toolings

- Be the technical expert in the factory in at least one of above fields.

- Train operators in the improvements that have been achieved.

- Be part of project teams and 6-Sigma improvement teams.

- Be project leader over small projects (not full time).

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

- Good knowledge of process improvement

- Good knowledge of CAD systems and design of mechanical parts

- Some knowledge in automation ( Siemens PLC )

- Problem solving skills

- Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills

- Self driven personality and strong business focus

- Good command of both written and spoken English

- Good command of PC skills

- Min 3 years experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in Assembly/Inspection/Automation

- At least 2 years of working experience in the quality and process improvement area
