Requirements:

Must to have ：
1. 2-3 years work experiences on administration of UNIX/AIX/Linux server
2. Familiar with Linux/Unix SHELL,and be able to develop different kinds of SHELL scripts
3. Hands on administration/maintenance experience on J2EE Middleware ( WebSphere Application Server )
4. Hands on administration/maintenance experience on Database ( DB2 )
5. Hands on administration/maintenance experience on Web Server(Apache / IHS and etc)
6. Trouble shooting and performance tuning skills for the specific Infrastructure/Hosting Environment
7. Fluent English

Nice to have :
1. Hands on experience WebSphere Application Server(WAS V6,V7) Cluster setup & maintenance
2. Hands on experience IBM Tivoli Monitor(ITM)
3. Hands on Java/Database development
4. Hands on administration/maintenance experience on Lotus Notes Domino Server administration
