职位描述：

作为软件研发团队的一员，参与System Z 上的DB2 工具的开发，应聘人员应具有创造力，能解决问题，能修复软件中存在的缺陷，并能帮助团队开发出新特性以提高应用程序的性能。

该职位需要自我激励，勤奋工作，按期完成软件开发任务；能适应与美国同事一起远程工作，能用英语通过邮件或实时通讯的方式进行交流；能在团队电话会议中用英语交流。

职位要求：

1. 计算机、信息技术专业本科以上学历，至少4年的软件开发工作经验；
2. 精通C、C++，有较强的使用C++进行面向对象开发的能力，有大型项目的开发经验；
3. 熟悉编写高效程序的算法和方法；
4. 熟悉并对汇编语言程序感兴趣；
5. 熟悉z/OS 系统，熟悉TSO,ISPF和JCL的使用，有z/OS系统汇编开发经验者优先；
6. 有良好的英语技能，能够流利的读写英文技术文档。
