主要负责供餐点的运作及协助项目经理提供高水平和高质量的餐饮和顾客服务。

具体工作职责：
1、餐前准备，打印菜单
2、了解当时用餐人数及要求，合理安排餐厅服务人员的工作，督促服务员做好清洁卫生和餐具的准备工作
3、协助餐厅经理，加强与客人的沟通，了解客人对饭菜的意见，妥善处理客人的投诉，并及时向餐厅服务经理反映
4、定期检查设施和清点餐具，有问题及时向餐厅服务经理汇报
5、供餐时段，协助指挥服务线；下班前，对整个餐厅的检查与巡视
6、编排服务员、洗碗工、清洁工、仓管员班表，做好考勤记录
7、每日班前检查服务员的仪表、仪容注意服务员的表现，随时纠正他们在服务中的失误、偏差，做好工作记录，作为评选每月最佳员工的依据
8、负责组织服务员的各种培训
9、负责客户、所有餐厅服务员与厨房工作人员的沟通，确保高效率的运作；确保餐厅楼面人员严格执行卫生程序和高水平的卫生标准
10、服从、协助、积极完成公司交派的其它任务

任职要求：
身体健康，有亲和力
沟通能力良好
大专以上学历
良好的电脑应用技能，包括WORD EXCEL PPT
有餐饮服务行业工作经验者

福利待遇：缴纳五险，提供工作餐；

工作时间：周一至周五，每周串休两天

工作地点：大连市开发区
