职位描述
1、负责餐厅内的员工根据要求快速准确的摆台，准备
2、与管事部经理联合管理破损率及保证餐厅运营的器具数目
3、协助餐厅经理开发餐厅的SOP
4、处理各种客人的回馈及投诉，在与餐饮部的领导沟通后采取必要的补救工作
5、协助设计并实施假期的促销，新菜单及季节性的促销活动
