Target of the position岗位目标：

· Establish and improve the process related with the post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS8001 standard and headquarters;
根据ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS8001和总部要求建立和改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；

· Continuously improve Company Management System to ensure the realization of company target and customer satisfaction.

· Production Material and Information flow plan

公司运营物料及信息流程规划

· Supplier logistic plant including transport plan and packaging plan

供应商物流规划，包括运输及包装规划

· Internal logistic plan including warehouse plan and plant logistic plan

内部物流规划,包括库房规划和工厂物流规划

· Customer logistic plan including transport plan and packaging plan

客户物流规划, 包括运输及包装规划

Working Task (details) 工作描述

· Be responsible for establishment and evaluation of Operation Process and lead continuous improvement

负责建立、评估公司运营流程并组织不断改进

· Be responsible for import and export forwarder selection and evaluation, transport cost and performance optimization .

负责进出口物流公司的选择与评估,对运费及绩效进行优化。

· Be responsible for raw material import and product export, insurance declaration, process trading handbook management

负责原材料进口及产品出口过程，保险申报，加工贸易货物手册管理。

· Be responsible for warehouse planning including storage capacity, equipment and human resource.

负责库房规划，包括存储能力，设备设施及人员需求。

· Be responsible for internal logistic planning, including material flow process, storage location on site and handling unit.

负责内部物流规划，包括材料流转过程，现场存储库位及包装单元大小。

· Be responsible for internal packaging and equipment plan and make work instruction for packaging

负责内部包装及器具规划,以及制定包装作业指导书。

· To evaluate and optimize supplier's package and cost

评价及优化供应商的包装及包装费用。

· Be responsible for customer packaging planning including material, concept design, evaluation and make work instruction for packaging.

负责客户包装规划，包括包装材料的选用，包装概念设计,评估以及制定包装作业指导书。

· Other tasks assigned by manager of logistics and procurement.
其他由物流经理布置的工作。

Cooperation Scope 合作范围：

· Keep Contact with customers, collect the exact customers’ requirement on time;
与客户保持紧密联系，及时准确获得客户要求；

· Cooperate with DP to be sure customer requirement has well understood and follow the project timing plan on time;

与DP合作, 确保客户要求得到正确的理解,以及按照项目进度要求完成任务；

· Keep Contact with forwarders, collect the exact goods’ status on time;
与代理保持紧密联系，及时准确获得货物信息；

· Cooperation with DLOP to ensure customers are able to receive the correct products with correct quantity on correct time;
与DLOP合作确保客户在正确的时间得到正确的数量的正确的产品；

· Cooperation with Customs and bureau concerned to deal with Customs stuff;
与海关以及相关政府部门合作，处理好公司的海关事务

· Cooperation with DE for internal logistic planning

与规划部门合作制定内部物流规划

· Cooperation with DLW for warehouse planning
与DLW合作制定库房规划

· To cooperate with DB for the business with supplier

与DB合作处理与供应商相关事宜。

Qualification & Capability Requirement (to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求

· Bachelor degree on the industry engineering, logistics and similar studies;
工业工程、物流相关专业本科以上毕业；

· More than 3 years work experiences in office doing import & export transport organizing work;
至少三年进出口操作相关工作经验；

· Ability to analysis and resolve problem under complex background information ；
具备在复杂背景信息情况下分析解决问题的能力；

· Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress；
能够在压力下处理好日常工作；

· English fluent both in written and oral；
流利的英语口语和书写能力；

· Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tool very well，AUTOCAD, EPR-, especially SAP-experiences；
熟练操作计算机，并能够使用office办公软件，AUTOCAD ,熟悉ERP软件，了解SAP的优先考虑；

· Ability to work in team， Initiative and engaged in the job，Secret and confidential；
具备团队合作能力，工作积极主动，有责任心和保密意识；
