大连招聘

职责：

1.管理日常运作的数据库和档案；

2.归档帮助台：处理的问题和查询；

3.按照检查新的归档案件和超期未归档的案件；

4.通过复审，与项目组一同跟进归档条目；

5.制作周度/月度/季度/年度报告和临时性报告；

6.向用户发送常规和额外的提醒邮件，针对可能存在的归档问题跟进用户；

岗位要求：

1.本科或研究生在读，专业不限。可保证周一到周五，40个工作小时；

2.良好的英文听说读写能力，通过CET-6；

3.掌握Office办公软件；

4.仔细、认真、积极主动
