Job description:
开拓中国国内的铸件市场，并为在中国国内的国际客户提供技术服务，维护国际客户。
Open up China casting marketing and provide technical serving for international customers which production units in China, and maintain international customers.

1、开拓市场Explore and Development China Marketing:
a.发现潜在客户，识别产品，建立沟通。
Searching for potential customers, identify products, set up communication.
b.收集分析市场信息，为销售决策提供数据，根据市场和公司战略制定销售预测和计划，并落实。
Collecting and analysis marketing information, and then provide data for making sales and marketing decisions. According to marketing and company’s strategy, establish sales forecast and planning, and practice it.
c.客户拜访，客户来访接待，完成技术展示，并及时回答客户的各种咨询。
Receiving customer visit, complete technical showcase, and answer all kind of questions of customers.

2、商务合同 Contract：
a.审查产品图纸以及技术规范，与客户沟通，完成生产可行性分析。
Review product drawings and technical specifications, and communication with customers. Hold and finish feasibility analysis.
b.商务谈判，签订合同
Commercial negotiation, contract signing.
c.接收订单
Receiving orders.

3、订单处理，对签约项目进行协调跟进：
Order processing, Following up with contracted project.
a.协调本单位各部门的工作，以达成最终承诺质量，数量和交期。
Coordinating with other departments, chasing to achieving the promised quality, quantities and timing.
b.交付和质量绩效跟踪，
Monitor delivery and quality performance.
c.及时与客户沟通项目进展情况，并反馈并处理客户投诉和意见，协调各部门改进公司对客户的服务。
Communication with customer on the progress of the project in time. Feedback and dealing with customer complaints and suggestions, according to related department to improve the customer service.
d.货款跟催 payment follow up.

4、客户维护，技术服务：
Customer maintain, technical service:
a.建立客户档案.
Set up customer file
b.对长期客户进行跟踪和维护
Long – term following up and maintenance
c.建立保持公司信誉和良好的客户满意度。
Set up and keep good company reputation, and customer satisfication

5、主管交办的其他工作。

要求Request：
岗位一、 液压件及汽车零部件
Position : hydraulic parts
1、机械工程或铸造专业，本科以上学历，有客户技术销售，或者技术服务经验者优先。
Mechanical or foundry specialize, bachelor and above, have the experience of technical sales or technical servile will be first preferred.
2、熟悉液压件及汽车零部件产品特性，能够看懂图纸。
Familiar with hydraulic part characteristic, can read drawings.
3、熟悉铸造过程，机加工过程。
Familiar with casting process, machining process.
4、懂得TS16949或QS ISO9001。
Knowing about TS16949, or ISO9001.
5、英语听说读写熟练，可直接交流。
Practiced on English listening, speaking and writing, can communication directly by using English.
6、计算机相关软件应用熟练：Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), AutoCAD…
Practiced with related computer softwares: office, AutoCAD
7、喜欢与客户打交道，并适应出差。
Enjoy to deal with customer, willing and able to take business trip
8、有独立工作能力，并具有工作主动性。
Can work independently and show initiative.
9、居住地为大连。
Place of residence is in Dalian area
