职位描述：

1、执行公司的业务发展战略及销售策略，完成公司下达的销售任务；

2、结合区域的特点，制定营业部的销售目标和激励计划，合理调配与使用销售资源，推动业务发展；

3、辅助部长，管理和培养所辖团队，有效提升销售队伍的整体能力和业务素质，培养骨干；

4、建立和维护与客户或合作渠道的关系，与客户经理共同维护重点客户或重点渠道。

岗位要求：

1、三年以上销售工作经验，熟悉BPO行业类产品的营销体系、市场推广流程、渠道体系；
2、具有出色的咨询式销售能力，能够面向金融机构、政府机构、大型企业开展BPO业务的推广销售，拥有政府、银行、保险、人事劳动等行业用户资源者优先；
3、具有构建或管理销售业务团队经验，熟悉销售团队的绩效管理和激励；
4、具有市场预测能力运作经验,能够根据市场需求及时调整营销策略，善于商机挖掘、渠道管理、行业调研、竞争情报搜集；

5、有良好的创新管理意识，工作踏实且认真负责，积极主动，能够承受较大工作压力；

6、日语精通，善于沟通，可用日语流利与日本客户工作交流；

7、有在日留学或工作经历，对日本文化有亲身体会者优先,能经常出差去日本和客户销售项目，打单。
