职位描述
一、工作内容:
1、对ITO项目进行整体管理,对项目的品质、成本和进度负责,建立完备的项目定量化管理体制、同时管理多个项目的运营指标,建立并不断改善项目整体运营、管理体制,保持在业内管理水平的领先。
2、不断分析、导入国际先进公司的项目管理方法论、品质管理方法论,同本公司实践相结合,重点在项目运营管理方面提升公司能力、将业内先进理论和实践相结合。
3、指导下属的多名交付经理完成公司项目管理指标、并对KPI指标进行审计并提出自己的改善意见并监督实施结果。
了解矩阵式管理体制,能够在矩阵体制中通过积极有效地沟通来完成自身的工作内容。
二、职位要求:
1、计算机或理工类专业,本科及以上学历,性别不限;
2、累计10年以上对日ITO经验,对ITO外包行业深入了解;
3、大型国际、国内企业工作背景,管理过500人月以上的项目或有200人以上团队管理经验;
4、工作经验中有明确、清楚的项目管理方法、对项目的进度、成本、纳期有明确的指标控制和流程;
5、有体系、流程整体设计的知识和经验,并亲自完成过至少一个涉及200人以上的项目的体制、流程建立、导入或改善的工作;
6、日语流利无障碍;
7、责任心强,有工作热情,有较强的沟通以及团队协作能力。
