职位描述

Telesales Team Lead:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for initially recruiting for the telesales team.
- Developing team and managing team of individuals that haven’t demonstrated appropriate performance.
- Produce reports as requested.
- Carrying out briefing meetings and one to one coaching session on an ongoing basis.
- Promoting and encouraging good account management practices.
- Setting up schemes or call sheets for apprentices are closely follow.
- Review telesales operatives according to the requirements and timescales; effectively manage any underperformance or improvement requirements in a timely manner.
- Training New Starters.
- Allocate Leads.

- Handle queries from team.
- Ensure targets are met at both individual & team level and make conversion rates meet.

Skill and Knowledge Required:
- At least 3 years related telesales position in enterprise software solution experience.
- Ability to work closely with marketing and direct sales team to achieve the goal of the whole team.
- High energy level, ability to prioritize tasks while retaining responsibility for delivery.
- A confident and friendly manner, strong ability to communication and listening.
- Fluent Mandarin and English both in writing and speaking.
- Proven experience of successful management experience of a telephone based sales team.
- Knowledge of translation business and technologies.
- International working experience
- Enterprise IT solution sales experience.

Telesales Executive:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Developing prospective customers contact database.
- Cold call telemarketing to generate new sales opportunities.
- Promote the company offers to present and potential customers by telesales campaigns.
- Maintaining all telesales campaigns’ detailed records.
- Update Customer Relationship Management database of an organization with new information perfectly.

Skill and Knowledge Required:
·At least 1 years related telesales position in enterprise software solution experience.
·High energy level, ability to prioritize tasks while retaining responsibility for delivery.
·A confident and friendly manner, strong ability to communication and listening.
·Fluent Mandarin and English both in writing and speaking.

·Knowledge of translation business and technologies.
·International working experience.
·Enterprise IT solution sales experience.
