Posiion Responsibilities:
- Collect data, analysize and submit production line regular efficiency report(daily /weekly/yearly);
- Collect and analysis downtime reason for each machine on production line;
- Monitor and align all data can be implemented in an effective way;
- Traceability data management;
- Prepare and update new product specification when it is introduced into production line at first time;
- Manage and follow all material consuming in manufacturing dept related transaction in SAP ,inclusing trail run ,debug ,test.
- Other work assigned by the superior

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above; Major in engineering
- At least 2-3 years working experience, preferable in automotive area
- General understanding on manufacturing process;
- General understanding on production analysis tools,such as flow chart & PFMEA & control plan;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments ;
- Basic skill on English writing and translation;
- Good command of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel;
- Strong sense of responsibility and communication ability, accurate, details in figures, careful and earnest, good team cooperation spirit
