Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· Account payable (oversea RM) management.

应付账款(国外原材料)的管理。

· Fixed Assets management.

应付账款-固定资产的管理。

· Calculate tax.

税金的计算。

Working Task(details)工作描述:

· Responsible for accounts payable（oversea RM ） booking-keeping, ensure to book in time and accuracy.

负责应付账款(国外原材料部分)记账，确保应付账款记账及时准确。

· Responsible for review of oversea RM account, check overdue and inform DL&DB

负责公司国外原材料账，检查逾期款并通知物流部和采购部。

· Investment cash out , book-keeping and fixed assets management.

与投资相关的固定资产付款,记账及固定资产管理。

· To prepare monthly FA&RM cash flow forecast

准备每月固定资产及原材料的现金流量表。

· Responsible calculate VAT/land using tax/property tax /stamp tax / other withholding tax

负责计算VAT/土地使用税/房产税/印花税/其它代扣代缴税金。

· Responsible for the reconciliation with oversea RM suppliers and inter-companies.

负责每季度与国外原材料供应商及关联方的对账。

· Responsible for bank reconciliation

银行余额调节表

· Check input-VAT（after scanning）

核对进项税

· Prepare and analysis the related internal reporting, including HFM .

保质保量并在规定时间内完成HFM在内的相关内部财务报表。

· Work in team for the monthly and yearly closing/ quarterly and annual audit

以团队工作形式完成月结账和年结账及季度和年度审计。

· Other assignment distributed by leader.

领导安排的其它工作

Cooperation Scope合作范围:

· Account payable (RM) and Fixed Asset need department assistant.

与各部门合作管理好公司的原材料应付账款及固定资产工作。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· Bachelor degree on the business administration

获得工商管理/财务学士学位

· More than three years work experiences in accounting, especially in a production company with foreign investment

三年以上财务工作经验，特别是有在国外投资项目的生产性企业中工作过的经历。

· Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress

能够在压力下工作的能力。

· Ability to learn fast about the company business, production processes

能够尽快掌握公司的业务和生产流程。

· Ability to accomplish works independency

能够独立完成各项工作。

· Ability of written and oral in English

能够进行英语书写和交流。

· SAP experience is preferred
