· Achieve the downtime target value of the production equipment, and reduce as much as possible downtime of the equipment in related area of responsibility, so as to ensure production equipment work in a good state.

· Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters

根据ISO/TS16949， ISO14001， OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程

· Complement and ensure are in line with Management System

Responsibility Scope职责范围:

· Production equipment maintenance and troubleshooting work

生产设备的维护维修工作

· Spare parts and consumable materials’ warehouse management

备件和消耗材库房的管理

· Products process commissioning ,optimization and sustainable improvement

产品工艺的调试、优化和持续改进

· Finish cost control work of the Manufacturing Engineering Department

完成制造工程部的成本控制

· Responsible for production equipment improvement in the related area of responsibility

负责责任区域内生产设备的改进改善

· Responsible for daily maintenance management of the equipment in the defined area

负责定义区域内设备日常维护管理

· Responsible for troubleshooting and troubles’ statistical analysis of the equipment, including related detection equipment, in his or her own area of responsibility,

负责解决和统计分析本区域内设备（含相关检测设备）故障

· Responsible for training equipment maintenance technicians and new employees.

负责培训设备维护员和维修技术员及新员工

· Responsible for troubleshooting of the equipment in his or her own area of responsibility.

负责解决本区域内设备的故障

· Responsible for spare parts application and cost control of his or her own area of responsibility

负责本区域内备品备件的申请及成本控制

· Supervise the working quality of equipment preventive maintenance in relates area of responsibility.

监督责任区内设备预防性维护的质量

· Responsible for the management of fixed assets throughout the company

Working Task (details) 工作描述:

· Make maintenance and inspection contents and plans for production equipment in related area of responsibility

制定责任区内生产设备维护点检内容及计划

· Responsible for solve the difficulty problems and contact with the suppliers

解决责任区内生产设备维修、维护工作中的疑难问题

Organize the repair work for the machining center, solve mechanical problems for the whole machines independently.

独立组织并解决加工中心的维修工作，解决所有设备的机械问题；

· Count up and analyze the equipment’s status and fault conditions ,come up with improved and optimized measures constantly

统计分析设备的状态和故障情况，并不断提出改进优化措施

· Finish the purchase work of warehouse spare parts and consumable materials , which should be supplied on time, in accordance with production plans.

根据生产计划完成备件和消耗材料库房物品的采购，保证及时供应

· Count up and analyze the cost conditions of the spare parts and consumable materials warehouse

统计分析备件及消耗材料库房的费用情况

· Responsible for solving the problems related with quality ,scraps and efficiency , in coordination with relevant department and relevant personnel.

配合相关部门及人员解决质量，废弃，效率等问题

· Put forward ,carry out, and supervise maintenance items and improve the items.

提出，实施和监督维护项目，及改善项目

· Analyze the fault cause every regular time interval, and provide with improvement measures, and finish solving the difficulty problems of the equipment in related area under the deadline, and coordinate with external resources of the suppliers ,to ensure the equipment in good working order.

定期分析故障原因和改善措施，并于限期内完成负责本区域内设备的疑难故障及协调供应商等外部资源，保证设备正常生产

· Master the inventory state of relevant spare parts , track the storage condition of relevant spare parts. And analyze the abnormal causes, provide with improvement measure, organize and implement it.

掌握相关备件的库存状态，跟踪备件的出入库状态。并根据更换备件的状态分析异常原因和给出改善措施并组织实施。

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:

· In general, the tasks are defined by the customer requirements and then defined by area-specific project concepts

通常客户需求决定任务，项目的特殊性也决定任务

· These tasks should be carried out mainly self-dependant according to the general company regulations and the commitment

· Depending on the project scope and request, cooperate with the other project managers

· The monitoring carried out by the line manager. For a status-review he can obtained the feedback of involved departments

· Bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering

本科以上学历，机械及电气相关专业

· Familiar with the working processes in production companies, especially in the automotive industry

熟悉加工型企业生产流程，特别是汽车工业

· Strong communication skills and ability to explain and present well

良好的沟通技巧和能力

· English fluent both written and oral

良好的英语听说读写能力

· Strong ability to lead in team
