职位描述
Responsibilities:
The Supervisor must be able to perform:
? Promote compliance with the Workplace Health and Safety;
? Delegate work responsibilities in Production Line Section;
– Follow production plan to ensure production plan to be achieved.
– Ensure company policies and procedures, including quality assurance are promoted and adhered to.
– Monitor each station job to ensure it meets the Wartsila standard and customer expectations.
– Plan, implement for worker training, tools handling.
– Hold continuous improving activity for equipments, work methods etc.
– Work with planning to improve work hour and process improvement;
? Production Improvement;
– Indirect materials consumption.
– 5S follow up.
– Lean manufacture practice.
– Improving productivity, product and process quality
– Reducing waste of resources
? Cooperation
– Good team work spirit among Quality, Material, and Facility.
– Good communication with Wartsila Supervisors to keep high production quality.
Requirements:
– College or above or equivalent.
– Good skills in oral and written English.
– Knowledge of Wartsila W32, W26 & W20 engines.
– Good knowledge of Production.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Team Cooperation attitude.
– A dedicated attitude to following safety and quality Policy.
– MRP and PBOM experience.

?促进生产车间安全及有序生产规则的遵守；
?在生产过程中委派任务；
?遵循并确保实现生产计划；
?确保公司各项政策及程序的遵守，包括坚持及进一步完善质量保证；
?监督各个工位的工作，确保生产符合瓦锡兰发电机组的生产要求及顾客需求；
?计划并实施工人培训，工具使用能力等；
?不断地提升设备使用及生产方式的改进；
?有计划地进行生产以提高生产时间及进程的有效性；
?促进生产；
?间接物料消耗；
?5S跟踪
?精益生产实施；
?提升生产率，产品及生产过程质量；
?减少资源浪费；
?团队合作精神；
?有良好的团队合作精神，包括与质量部，物流部及设备部；
?与瓦锡兰各主管间进行良好的沟通，保持较高的生产质量；
要求：
?大专及以上或同等相关学历；
?良好的英语口语及书面表达能力；
?了解瓦锡兰发电机组；
?熟悉机械生产；
?优秀的沟通及人际交往能力；
?团队合作精神；
?专注安全生产及质量保证；
?有MRP及PBOM软件使用经验；

瓦锡兰玉柴发动机有限公司由瓦锡兰集团与广西玉柴机器集团有限公司旗下子公司—玉柴船舶动力股份有限公司合资成立，公司成立于2013年5月23日，位于美丽的“百岛之市”—珠海。玉柴与瓦锡兰此次在中速柴油机领域“强强联合”，将共同建设中国高端中速机生产基地，打造中外先进柴油机技术和生产合作的成功典范。
公司主要生产瓦锡兰品牌的W20、W26和W32等系列中速船用发动机，功率覆盖800~9000千瓦，广泛应用于海洋工程、近海和远洋船舶以及特殊用途船舶，用作主机动力和辅助发电机组。公司于2013年5月28日启动厂房建设动工仪式，计划于2014年6月开始投产。
公司目前各项工作正在有序、稳步推进，为了进一步增强公司人才队伍实力，公司计划在投产前展开全国范围的招聘。
