Responsibilities
1. Finance analysis
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, work closely with SSC to ensure on time and high-quality reporting with reasons for variance and bring own opinion.
- Inventory analysis and management.
- Analyzing and summarizing actual results per product, industry or customer group.
- Assistant to prepare rolling forecast and annual plan.
- Expense analysis and work with function team on budget.
- Service business analysis for each service center.
2. CapEx and Fixed assets
- Prepare CapEx tracking report and F+ uploading report.
- Responsible for fixed assets accountant and handle all related processes in SAP.
- Responsible for fixed assets management.
- Prepare IFRS 16 uploading file.
3. Others
- General affairs with local tax bureau, bureau of commerce, bank etc.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance;
2. Over 3 years related working experience in an international manufacturing company;
3. Good English level, orally and in writing;
4. Experience in SAP FI and CO modules;
5. Advance skill on MS office, especially MS Excel;
6. Good analytic skills incorporating business and operational knowledge as well as financial factors;
7. Good understanding of processes in a manufacturing company and basic business acumen;
8. Good communication skills;
9. Can-do attitude.
