1. Analysis/design NDT solution according to the requirements of customer.
2. Create NDT work instruction and related inspection record according to customer or new project requirements.
3. Design/development NDT specimens and managed and test blocks.
4. Calibration/maintenance NDT specimens and managed and test blocks.
5. Create work instruction for operation and maintenance NDT machines and related auxiliary gauges/machines.
6. Instructs NDT operator/inspector correct operation for related test machines and gauges.
7. Instructs NDT operator/inspector in the use of flaw detection instruments and equipment to inspect the location and size of surface, Internal defects in materials, components, parts, and equipment;
8. Support “problems Solving” for internal and external (Customer) complain if caused by NDT aspect.
9. Continual improvements for Optimize the process of NDT.
10. Provide NDT support for supplier during new project development phase.
11. Monitoring and reporting of defined NDT data on a regular base.
12. Perform NDT during incoming inspection periods or in supplier site for some special project.
