Responsibilities
1. Organize pre-assembly, measurement and adjustment of tools.
2. Responsible for tool inventory management, classify and number the tools, and set up safety stock according to usage, monitor tool quantities and make regular inventory.
3. Responsible for tool life monitor and analysis, and improve tool life for reducing tool cost.
4. Responsible for tool order application, tracking and logistics coordination
5. Responsible for TDM system operation and data maintenance.
6. Responsible for daily work arrangement in tool room (tool issuance, recycling, statistics, maintenance, document management, etc.)
7. Organize the operation and maintenance of equipment in tool room.
8. Responsible for cutting parameters management and update of the tools
9. Responsible for the development and test of new tools according to the process improvement and new product development
10. Responsible for tooling problems analysis and solving in production process
11. Responsible for training for operator in tool room and production line etc.
Job Requirements
Functional / Professional experience, knowledge and skills required:
1. Familiar with machining process, experience in hard turning, grinding, machining center, gear hobbing and gear shaping is preferred
2. Good knowledge in machining theory, such as metal cutting technology, CNC technology, etc.
3. Excellent problem-solving ability and logical analysis ability, working experience in German companies, familiar with the working methods and processes of German companies is preferred.
4. Work carefully and conscientiously, able to work under pressure.
5. Excellent coordination and communication skills, innovation ability, learning ability.
