工作内容：

-为咨询团队提供信息查找和分析支持

-通过外部和内部数据库以及其他公开渠道收集和分析项目所需要的数据

-作为思想合作伙伴，利用内部和外部网络，参与团队问题解决，分享不断发展的行业趋势和***实践

-持续建立行业知识库，维护信息源和数据库

要求：

-本科学历

-0-3年工作经验，对咨询公司有了解，有市场研究或咨询公司工作经验者优先。

-有基本的商业和经济常识

-掌握查找数据的方法

-优秀的分析能力

-掌握数据库搜索、word文档处理、excel表格分析和在线信息数据搜索的能力

-良好的英语和普通话沟通能力（包括口头和书面）

-能够独立完成工作，自我激励，有钻研精神

Responsibilities：

• Provide information search and analysis support to consulting teams
• Collecting and analyzing external data and internal knowledge for projects from external and Internal databases
• Serve as a thought partner, leveraging internal and external networks, to engage in team problem solving, share evolving business trends and best practices
• Continue to build knowledge of industries, as well as to identify, review, and maintain information sources and databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 0-3 years work experience, experience in market research or consulting will be an advantage but not required.
• Excellent analytical and methodological skills
• Knowledge of business and economics
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
• Comprehensive computer skills including database searching, word processing, spreadsheet analysis and online research
• Work independently, self-motivated and service-oriented
