ROLE SUMMARY

The Content Management role is a member of the Sr. Associate GBS, HR Content and PortalTeam. The team is accountable for applying design-centric & human centered methods to manage content to support business processes, with the objective of shaping an effortless and personalized experience with HR; so, colleagues can put patients first.

The role has responsibilities of content management across multiple existing and future platforms. Platforms currently include HR portal and Workday; but as we progress with AI technology and expand the technical platforms in HR, this role will evolve. This role must implement strategies for governance, housing and maintaining content (including translations). The role must also ensure that content is available across all platforms in a seamless manner for end-users. This role must influence and encourage content owners across markets and in COEs to effectively leverage HR platforms for content. Vendor partners will be essential to manage the volume and varying formats of content and this role, must ensure the vendor’s effective execution and measurably evaluate the use the channels for accessing content.

Perform daily operations of content management on various platforms by assessing, triaging, adding/replacing/expiring content and partnering with 3rd party partners as needed.

Place content on various platforms for complex requests, as per pre-defined criteria (requests which cannot be outsourced).

Provide content input/impact for project teams and local countries across GBS and HR to ensure they leverage various platforms to effectively and seamlessly disseminate content at the right moments to support business processes and desired outcomes.

Extract, analyze and understand content metrics to determine effective content that will reach across platforms: HR portal, Workday, upcoming BOTs etc.

Manage daily operations of translations by assessing, triaging and assigning the translation request to the 3rd party vendor. Translation responsibilities may evolve within the role.

Advise project teams and local countries across HR to ensure they obtain the translations in time for project milestones to support business processes and desired outcomes.

Participate on the WTW releases (minor/major), coordinate and execute testing of releases. This could expand to include other platforms depending on decisions taken across HR.

Participate on Workday releases to identify portal and content impacts. Implement content changes as needed.

Manage, triage and escalate portal content issues to identify a resolution in partnership with Pfizer Digital and WTW Support. This could expand to include other platforms depending on decisions taken across HR.

Partner with Pfizer HR Service Center on Knowledge Base for content.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

-3-5+ years of experience required in related field: Content Management, Operations, Project Management.

-Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, experience Design or related field

-Knowledge Management experience: design; planning and execution activities.

-Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

-Past collaboration with Technology groups and/or deliverables.

-Able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

-Demonstrated ability to deliver cross functional results in an integrated, collaborative manner and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

-Strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all levels of organization

-Ability to influence and drive work efforts globally and work closely with Global HR Program Leads to execute strategy and operations

-Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and functional information in an easy to understand manner and problem solving skills

-Sound professional judgment and persistence and demonstrated success at promoting innovation and taking thoughtful risks to challenge the status quo, resulting in enhanced processes or products.

-Passionate about optimizing the investment made into HR tools while building a “Best in Class” HR organization that supports and helps drive business success

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- -Cross-HR functional knowledge preferred e.g. HR Administration, benefits, compensation, staffing, talent, HRIS, etc.

- Familiar with content management system, portal, ServiceNow

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work a variety of hours given the global nature of this role as well as sporadic travel as needed
