Responsibilities:

1. Annual plan for calibration and MSA of measuring equipment and online testing equipments;

2. Calibration for CMM, profile projector, online test equipment, torque spanner etc which we used;

3. MSA analysis for measuring equipment and online testing equipment.

4. Good skill for measuring equipment operation, complete operation instruction and train the inspectors and operators;

5. Annual plan for purchasing, scrap and repair of measuring equipment, inpsection jig self-made, online testing equipment;

6. Be familiar with IATF16949 and ISO17025;

7. Can design inspection jig self-made if necessary.

8. To support QC supervisor to do inspectors management and customer inspection report management etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent

2. Over 3 years professional experience

3. IATF16949 internal auditor certification

4.  Team work & performance under Stress
