goFLUENT is actively looking for a Senior Account Executive in China that will also be in charge of the local Lead Generation team.

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for development of qualified sales in the Chinese market. This position demands the ability to actively identify and target new business opportunities. It requires strong cold calling skills and experience in sales or telesales. This role will be a key position in the company in developing and leveraging our current clients for new and pioneering business deals.

As a Team Leader you will be the main point of contact between the local lead generator team and the global management. You will have your own team managed by following the global procedures.

You should be a candidate with good English communication skills and strong sales experience. 

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

 - Identify the decision makers within our potential clients

 - Built up and manage a database of prospect companies

 - Reach out our potential clients by phone, email or other networks.

 - Establish our first relationship with these companies.

 - Closing deals in the Chinese market

 - Built up and led a team of about 5 people.

 - Be responsible for the results of your team and also make sure that the global procedures are followed.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 - Minimum 3 years experience in sales and / or telesales. Strong cold calling skills

 - Good tolerance for a high volume of outbound calls

 - Excellent communication skills

 - Proactive, personable, hard-worker and easily adaptable.

 - Valuable: Have a good command of MS Office and Google tools. Salesforce experience is a plus.

 - Be active on social media in a business context. Experience using Linkedin

 - Be ambitious and with a hunter sales mindset.

 - Valuable: B2B Sales experience

 - Language requirement: The candidate must have an advanced level of English and also be native in Chinese.

 - Previous experience leading a team is very valuable.
