初期工作方向

工作职责:

1、开发新客户，维护老客户。熟悉产品，在外文网站上发布产品，对产品进行管理。
2、国外客户发过来的询盘能及时回复，并进行有效的沟通。
3、有效的进行业务安排及报价规划，对老客户进行定期回访（邮件以及电话）。
4、阿里巴巴平台以及环球资源平台的工作完成。
5、对应公司临时安排的任务和工作。

岗位要求：
1、英语六级以上，有良好的书面及口语能力。
2、熟练使用Office办公软件。
3、性格开朗、外向。
4、具有较强的语言表达、书面写作和沟通能力。
5、具有较强的吃苦耐劳精神、责任心、进取心，优秀的学习能力。
6、学校论文答辩，必须出席的情况公司给予假期。
7、优秀实习者，毕业后公司可考虑直接采用。

8、有相关平台外贸经验者优先录取。

9、985或者211本科以上学历应届毕业生或实习生优先

未来工作走向

1. 开发新客户，维护老客户。

2. 网络平台的维护，利用各种B2B平台发布产品信息，积极寻找客户资料。

3. 拿到订单后，要与其他部门配合，进行样品的确认，产品的生产，包括生产交货期，产品质量等方面。

4. 维护并扩大大客户业务范围，及时回复并满足客户的合理要求, 熟悉国内及国际市场动态, 善于做市场以及客户分析。

5. 做好客户备档，文案工作和相关流程, 保证文件的完整性。

6. 优秀的业务未来可以选择上海就职。

Responsibility

l Develop new customers and keep good relationship with old customers;

l Maintain website, such as alibaba and global sources, upload new products;

l Cooperate with designers/technicians/suppliers to make product solution（including sample confirmation, production, delivery time, quality, after service etc）which could fulfill customer’s requirements;

l Maintain and expand the business scope of key customers, timely reply and meet customers' reasonable requirements, be familiar with domestic and international market trends, be good at market analysis and customer analysis;

l Management customer’s documents, copy work and related procedures to ensure the integrity of documents.

l Complete other temporary work arranged by the manager.
